We do not refund the deposit if the work has started. We assign the artist and start working on your design within 12-24 hours once you place the order.

 Any 3D print that will come damaged or broken will be replaced with a new print. To claim the broke/damaged print, all of our customers are requested to make a clear unboxing video     once they receive the package.

 Without the unboxing video, you won’t be eligible to receive a replacement print. You will be required to email the unboxing video to returns@phantom3dstudio.com
